Q. How much will it cost for a flipchart to be in the room?

A. We make no charge for the majority of training materials, they are included in the price per room or per delegate. The range includes:

• Flipchart, paper and pens
• Whiteboard and pens
• OHP and screen
• TV and video
• PA and sound system (White Hart Suite, Bronte and Ripley)
• DVD player (White Hart Suite, Bronte and Ripley)
• Notepads and pencils for delegates (please request)

Q. Can we book a date provisionally?

A. Yes. We will hold a provisional booking for up to three weeks. We will make every effort to contact you before releasing your booking.

Q. How much deposit is required to secure a booking?

A. No deposit is required. In order to secure a booking we will ask you to sign and return a copy of our Terms and Conditions; payment is due after the event however we will send you an invoice.

Q. Where can my delegates park?

A. The White Hart Hotel is pleased to provide free on site parking for up to 90 cars. If it is necessary we can also direct you to our nearby overflow car park.

Q. When should I come in to set the room up?

A. You will not have to do this, we will ask you for your required room layout and ensure that you have been allocated the best room for your needs. We will then set the room in plenty time to ensure that all you have to do is turn up.

Q. What extra charges will there be?

A. Obviously charges made for additional items will depend on the package that you have chosen, however you will be pleased to know that training materials (with the exception of LCD / Data Projector and Laptop) are included in the price you pay. We charge £25.00 + VAT per day for the hire of one of our Data Projectors and £50.00 + VAT per day for the use of our brand new Laptop.

Q. Can you cater for special diets?

A. If any of your delegates have specific dietary requirements or allergies please do let us know. We will ensure that they are catered for.

Q. Do you have disabled facilities?

A. Yes. There are lifts to all floors and there are disabled access toilets. In addition we have bedrooms converted for those who are less mobile, with wheel-in showers, moveable sinks and handrails.
